A visionary leader with over 28 years of experience in the insurance and finance sectors. Previously the Chief Executive Officer of JK Insurance Brokers Limited, Mr. Sen is an alumnus of IIM Lucknow and brings deep domain expertise and strategic insight to Petos.
Mr. Abhishek Upadhyay

A passionate and innovative mind, Abhishek is an IIT BHU alumnus with hands-on experience in product development and management. He brings a fresh perspective to the pet care ecosystem with a strong focus on digital innovation and user-centric solutions.

Jigyasa Munjal is a Director and Co- Founder of Mypetos™️, a unit of BPM Enterprises Private Limited.
She is a deep, balanced and a dynamic person. During her first experience of 9 to 5, during a summer internship in her second year of graduation, she knew she had to try on an entrepreneurship journey. Listening to her inner calling she started an investment firm Munjal Securities running successfully.
She is a die-hard animal lover and a Pet Parent to a Labrador Dog. Last year during the LockDown the challenges she faced in treating her loving Pet Shiro gave her entrepreneur mind an idea which along with other two directors gave form and shape and Mypetos™️ was conceived and conceptualised.
A millennial Gen, she brings in a lot of ideas and perspective to the company and backed by finance & commerce background, she possesses a good understanding of data, customer base, company plans and enjoys digital marketing, conducting market research and insights.
Jigaysa is in the last semester of studying Business Economics(H) from University of Delhi and is fluent in German language.
Having never run her own business or worked in a pets’ industry, she had to learn everything from the ground up and she did this by surrounding with the best mentors, investors, team, suppliers and agencies who share their knowledge and expertise.
Being a young woman entrepreneur the message she likes to convey to other woman fellows is ‘If you're looking at starting up a business, never be afraid to ask that stupid question or reach out to someone in the industry you admire, as the more support you can get the more your brand – and you – will flourish‘.
