BY ACCESSING THE QUBEHEALTH PORTAL/APPLICATION/WEBSITE OR USING THE SERVICES OR BY OTHERWISE AFFIRMATIVELY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE PORTAL OR THE SERVICES.

1. What are You agreeing to?

1.1 Parties to these Terms

These terms and conditions of service constitute a contractual relationship between You and Qubehealth Technology Private Limited (“QubeHealth”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and govern your access to and use of the Services made available through the Insurai platform.

1.2 Agreement

These terms and conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements that are expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, the “Agreement”), constitute a legally binding agreement between You and QubeHealth.

2. How QubeHealth will serve You?

QubeHealth broadly provides you with access to the following: health card issuance, appointment scheduling, healthcare product ordering, and any value-added services as described from time to time.

3. Your Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a legal guardian.
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
• You agree not to misuse the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Payment Terms

All charges for services and products are to be paid as per the pricing mentioned. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time with due notice to the user.

5. Termination

QubeHealth reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe that you have violated any of the terms mentioned herein.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QubeHealth or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
